In our kitchen we opt for traditional Galician cookery with some touches of modern cuisine.

If you prefer more traditional dishes we recommend the stewed octopus, Galician veal cheeks or entrecôte of beef with a medley of local vegetables.

For lovers of innovation there is also plenty to choose from.

The dining room of the Hotel Canelas restaurant is 150 m2 in size with room for 70 diners.
